The primary purpose of this section is to help clarify for GLP clients Jim's background, skills and expertise. The reason for this need is different clients have engaged GLP in varying capacities. Ultimately our primary services surround Strategic & Management Consulting, though often the individual building blocks which comprise this capability are engaged in isolation.
These building blocks are outlined in the sub-pages beneath this menu, each of which contains some details on Jim's experience and philosophies in each of these fields.With such a list one could reasonably expect a jack of all trades and master of none. What I hope you will find is that this list is not only reflective of Jim's experience and skills, but also that the sum is greater than the whole of its parts. As each capability is leveraged and integrated in a holistic fashion, sustainable change and successful outcomes have become the hallmarks of GLP involvement.
